Unusual System Game Lagging

Hi guys,
I have an Alienware M15x and these are my specs:

Some time before, I have been playing games with about 20-30 fps, but now the system slows down so much that its only about 7-11 fps. I have no idea why..
The computer is really heating up right now and I can do nothing.
Maybe the fan has a problem or some graphics card update?

Is that idle CPU temp? If so, can you start a load test to see how high it gets.

Anything about ~85 is too hot even for a laptop.
