3770k and gtx 690 liquid cooling HELP PLZ

Okay I am going to build a new system adn it is going to be running a intel 3770k and a gtx 690 and the case is the switftech 810 but here is the problem i really want to w/c my pc for overclocking but i am completely new to it. i have read many a post and videos but i still don't know what to get. i was thinking this http://www.xoxide.com/xspc-raystorm750rs360watercoolingkit.html and for the gpu this http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16281/ex-blc-1141/XSPC_Razor_nVidia_GTX_690_Full_Coverage_VGA_Block_-_Reference_Design.html?tl=g30c311s1687 but i don't know if this is the best one for the gpu. i guess what i need help one is what do i need to get like tubes,fittings,barbs,coolant. Any Help would be very kind of you

I think that reading through the watercooling sticky would be highly beneficial as there are a lot of discussions around flow, head pressure and other component selections based on preference and expectations.
