Help with Reboot and select proper device

I5 gigabyte z77 ud3h
Samsung ssd
Baracuade seagate hdd

I am not sure how this happened. It was working two days ago but I didn't touch my PC for two days and I turned on the computer. It appears reboot and select proper device.

I have read quite a few of people's solutions, and I have tried it
Like unplugging the sata wires keeping just the os ssd one plugged, setting it to have the ssd load. No response. I tried cleaning the dust, not sure if cleaned properly but still not working
Can someone kindly help me !

Ya It has Ben the first to load. Forgot to mention, I've been using the PCM over 3 months just suddenly happened

ya just wanna get back to windows but it happens to not read my hard drive
