Best 1080p 120hz Gaming Monitor

I would like to know what the best 1080p 120hz gaming monitor is. Neither the panel nor the price matters, but I would like it to be under $400. I would also like it to be at least 24 inches.

I was going to suggest this one a swell. For under $400 like OP said, it's the BEST one.

Go with the BenQ XL2420T.
I have three of these; they're professional gaming monitors and are simply amazing.
You won't regret it.

Aside from iiyamas and "pixel perfect" korean imports, the BenQ is THE BEST on the market.
