Is this a good case for $30?

Hi everyone I'm new here and to computers but today i was at tigerdirect looking at parts for a new gaming computer i plan to build. I saw this case which seemed decent for $30. I plan on putting either a 7870 or 7950 depending on much i can afford. But the guy at the store said it's a low end case that won't properly circulate the air and cause my computer to overheat. Was he trying to upsell me to a $70 case or is actually a bad case?

yeah its pretty cheap. get yourself something higher quality like this to properly match up the GPU

as for the video card, a 7870xt is a good option. its in between a 7870 and 7950 in performance but costs around the same as a 7870
