a virus that kaperky.nod32. mcafee and bitdefender cant find and delete

my computer has a virus that makes me tired. I have installed many antiviruses like kaspersky, nod32, bitdefender but they can not delete the virus.
i am using windows 8 . while I am changing my win every thing is ok i can click on my drives and open them normally.
but when i install some app from the hard drive or when i want to open some image files I am seeing on task manager that the cpu usage is 100% and it hangs . its happening when i am scanning my pc . pleas some one help me

Try refreshing your Windows Installation. Go to Start Screen and type 'Refresh'. In Settings choose 'Refresh your PC'
Hopefully this will cure your problem, it may well not be a virus, just an error somewhere....

Try a bootable antivirus, either from a disk or USB drive.

Other than that, can only think format and clean install should remove the problem
