SSD i slower now

I have a Kingstone HyperX 240gb and when i did bench with assd i got better result on 4k Read 19,31 mb/s Write 53,56 mb/s
Now approximately 1 month later and i have formated my pc and reinstalled same windows 8 and now i get
4k Read 17.43mb/s Write 40.62mb/s

My WEI score for ssd went from 7.8 to 7.7
I have written 500 gb and read 400gb ( found this info in ssdlife)

Why is performance dropping so fast?
I am using this ssd on sata 2 so i shouldn't se performance loss.

SSDs get a bit slower after they have been filled complete, the so called steady state, especially Sandforce drives like your HyperX.
