Looking for a Budget AM3+ Cpu Cooler

Hello, I'm looking for a budget cpu cooler for my AMD Phenom II X4 965 as the stock CPU cooler is too loud and isn't that effective. My motherboard is the Asus M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard and I've spotted a CPU cooler but i'm not sure whether it will fit on my motherboard because my motherboard is micro ATX. The CPU cooler i've spotted is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (120mm). Can someone tell be whether it will fit or not and if it won't what alternatives there are for around the same price. Thanks

the 212+ evo will fit just fine on your mATX mobo assuming you have room in the case

I'm fairly certain that the case is quite big and it should be able to hold the fan

If your not going to overclock, get the cooler master tx3. It's even cheaper than the 212 and still vastly better than the stock cooler.
