Graphic drivers problem!!

I bought hd 6570 recently and after plugging it in and connecting vga cable to graphic card and booting up i installed its drivers from the cd and then i could play games like crysis and everything was fine.

But i was removing unwanted programs just now and i uninstalled nvidia graphics control panel
(my pc had onboard nvidia graphics before) thinking its not necessary and it prompted me to restart and after restarting everything is really slow i mean if i refresh the icons reappear very slowly and if i drag a window it moves very slowly and even the resolutions a lil messed up.

please help me
Was i wrong to uninstall nvidia graphics control panel??or should i do something else??
plss help me thanks

If you motherboard is a NVidia chipset it might need other parts of the NVidia control panel to function properly. I would reinstall it and see if it clears up the issues.
