7950 VGA problem.

So here's the problem, I have two monitors a dell 2009w, and Samsung. The Samsung only has VGA, dell has DVI and VGA. The dvi shows up wonderfully from my powercolor 7950. However when I plug in my Samsung into one of the minidisplay ports the image is extremely bad. It's wavy, and the resolution is locked at 640x480. It's recognized by windows 7 as a generic pnp. I think it's amd's drivers because before I had the video card drivers installed window would recognize both monitors and all was good. Idk how to fix this so any help is appreciated.

Also both monitors are at 1650x something (can't remember). And I'm using a mini display to VGA that I bought with my MacBook, and it works like it should with it.
