Asus P8Z77-V LK No Beeps

Hello Everyone,

First I would like to say, my build is running fine this is not exactly a problem but more of a confusion I have.
I remember my old pc used to do a beep when it started.
Doing some research I found out the mobo is supposed to do this... but the Asus
P8Z77-V LK doesn't beep at all when it turns on. Again I'm not having any problems, I would just like to figure out why in case I need this feature in the future.

You need to connect a speaker to the speaker terminals which are placed near the power switch pins. You won't get any beeps otherwise.
