Biostar TZ77XE3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

Is that a bad thing? Will it affect anything on my computer? Sorry this is my first build and I don't want to mess anything up,

The motherboard header (USB 3.0) connects to the front panel USB (2.0) ports.

It won't hurt anything, but you're missing out on some of the features of your motherboard. Anything you plug into the front panel USB will be at USB 2.0 speed, not 3.0.
And if you get any peripheral in the future that requires USB 3.0, it won't work on the front panel ports.
