Galaxy GTX 680 - PCIE cables question

So I have this GPU and it needs 2x 8 pin PCI. I have 1x 8 pin and 1x6 pin. How exactly do I get it to work!? I mean, I would need a 6 pin to 8 pin adapter right? But how does that work? My PSU has 2x8 pin ports so that's alright.

Most adaptors take 2x pci 6 cables and turn them into one 8x. Just Google adaptors for pcie
