What is the best graphics card for me?

Im looking for a good graphics card because my current one sucks, im on a 80€-100€(im not sure what the conversion rate is) budget
i have:
ASrock 4CoreDual-VSTA
Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.5Ghz (2 CPUs)
1 GB Ram(im actually upgrading that aswell)
450 watt psu
1024x768 resolution
and... an ATI Radeon 9600/9550/X1050
i wanna be able to play recent games even if it is on minimum settings can you guys help me?

what about your psu ? you can get a 7750 at that budget if you have a minimum of 300 watt psu.

oh i forgot to add my psu, i'll answer you in a moment
EDIT: okay so my psu is 450 watt
But i wanna say that i went into asrock's page and i checked it when i opened the computer, im not sure what version of pci express i have, it says in the page of the motherboard that it is pci express @ x4 mode
and my resolution is 1024x768

pcie x4 ? you mean to say your motherboard does not have pcie x16 ? in that case whatever graphics card you buy will be bottlenecked by your motherboard itself. anyways i would recommend a radeon 7750. you will lose some performance but the overall gaming performance will still be very good at 1024*768.
