Seagate Barracuda vs WD REd

Im looking to buy hard drives for a home built nas/backup server.

Im looking at the WD Red 2tb and the Seagate Barracuda 2tb.

I know the WD red is built for nas systems that will be on all the time.

I was wondering if it is worth the extra money to get the wd red?

I've used both brands in my 20 years of messing with computers, and I can tell you that the WD ones have been much more reliable and have had a much longer life. I now avoid using Seagate/Maxtor drives because I know they will just cause me the kind of problems I don't need.
