Good choice of graphic card for 2560*1600

Hello,

I would like to ask for recomendation on some graphic cards for 2560*1600.
I am buying new 30" display, I am not plannin to play any games, only watchin HD video, browsin, normal stuff.
I dont want to spend much money and I would prefer passive cooling (if u dont recomend pasive, pls tell me why, I have no experience).
I need dual DVI link (one is enough)

My system is i5-3570k, 8GB RAM...not sure if it s useful info

OK, so lets specify it.

Am goin to buy sometin under 150$, top is HD 7770, thn 7750 and thn 6670. Passive cooler isnt neccesary.
So let s say that 7770 goes for 140$ - - - 7750 goes for 120$ - - - 6670 goes for 95$. Can someone pls advice me the best prize/power ratio?
Again - no games, just movies, browsin, regular stuff...
