CPU and Motherboard

Recently I bought a new GPU (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570) so I could have better graphics when gaming.

Now that I want to turn it up a bit more to match my GPU (and since my motherboard and CPU are horrible), I need new parts.

Would these two things be a good fit for my graphics card?

Not bad
Get an i5 3550p instead,save cash.
Get the V Pro for abit more oomph.

The i5-3570 (not unlocked) is not a good investment. For an extra $5 you can get the unlocked 3570K which allows overclocking. If you're not going to overclock you could save nearly $80 by going with an i5-3350P and an H77 motherboard.

That motherboard is a fine choice, also consider for the same price the Gigabyte UP4 for Thunderbolt if you want that connection.
