My parents are divorced and I decided to only put my money on one computer, as I don't have a lot of money, because I'm 14, and I thought I could move my desktop twice a month from one house to the other. But a friend of mine told me that if I move my desktop too much it would get damaged, wasting a lot of money. Is that true?

Moving a desktop CAN damage it. However, if you are careful you should have no problems. When I transport my machine I generally remove the graphics card (if it gets shaken around too much it can cause damage to the pcie port on the MB). So long as the trip is relatively mild (ordinary street roads...no offroading or the like :)  ) you should be just fine.
