Just wondering if you can SLI two differant gpu's. The cards in question is a evga gtx 550ti 1gb and the other card will be a gtx 650ti boost 2gb. Is it possiable to SLI these two cards or is it kinda pointless to do so?
No, you can not run those two cards in SLI. They need to have the same amount of VRAM, and generally they should at least come from the same family (i.e. 5xx or 6xx), better yet, they should simply be identical models.
