Oh I see. I meant if it will work even though in the g210 box says 300w minimum power supply.

I see I had a typo. I meant to say Will it fit in what? You didn't say what you were trying to fit it into. And yes, it will be fine with a 220W PSU. It only draws 2.58A at +12V for a total of 31W. And that's only if it is maxed out.

While it will be a bit of an improvement over the Geforce 6150 integrated gfx chip, don't expect it to be a big improvement. What games are you expecting to play, and what resolution is your monitor?

I want to play League Of Legends but when I play I have fps issues so I have to play in a smaller resolution and my monitor is 1920x1080. It would be better to upgrade the power supply and get a better graphics card over the gt210 right?

That would be preferred, yes. If your case can accept a larger PSU. When I hear '220W PSU' I think of a slim line PC. With the GT 210, you'll still have to reduce the resolution on your monitor some. But I need to know more about your system to recommend anything. Processor, case size, MB, etc.

Does your Acer Aspire look like this: http://www.rueducommerce.fr/ordinateur/images/produits/screenshots/aspire-x1-visu-1.jpg
If so, it is a slim line PC and will only accept half-height (low profile) gfx cards. While the card you linked to is indeed a low profile card, I don't believe it comes with a low profile bracket to swap out for the full size one.

I would recommend this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102942&IsVirtualParent=1
It is a 50W (max) card, and I believe it will still be fine with your tiny PSU. And it does come with a low profile bracket you can swap out.

Here is a comparison of the 2 cards: http://www.hwcompare.com/10443/geforce-gt-210-vs-radeon-hd-6570-oem-1gb/
That online game isn't very demanding. You may even be able to play it at 1080p resolution.
