Issue: No signal from onboard video. Tried via HDMI to TV, and D-sub to monitor.

Specs:

AMD A8-3850 Llano 2.9GHz Socket FM1 100W

ASUS F1A75-M PRO R2.0

G.SKILL Value 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM

Rosewill R363-M-BK 400W ATX 2.2 12V Power Supply

Steps l've taken:
When assembled, l turned it on, got nothing but fans spinning, LED going, but no video. Removed then re-seated the RAM, under A1 and A2 (blue), no luck. Removed MB from case, removed ram and re-configured front panel connecters, turned it on, no beeps from speaker but still got the LEDs and fans going. The MemOK light never went but digging through forums, people suggested it, so l added one stick in, turned on and quickly held down MemOK. It continued flashing at a steady pace, but never turned off, went solid, or light went faster. So kinda lost on it, dropped it and removed power and waited it 15 seconds, re-connected, nothing. l've also cleared the CMOS via pin (located bottom of MB, my camera sucks) and gave that a go. Nothing. Even removed heatsink and CPU, re-cleaned and re-paste, removed RAM, fitted everything back, with only one stick again in A1. Nothing! Note, everything except DVD-R is new. Any ideas from this point on?

The PSU is only 20+4 with an additional 4 pin. Newegg sold this as a kit.
