Which mobo should i pick for a cheap gaming rig?

I'm trying to decide between these two motherboards, The ASRock 970 Extreme3 AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) DDR3 ATX Motherboard and The MSI 970A-G46 AMD 970A (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard. They are both around the same price and they both offer crossfire which i might do in the future.
Here are my current PC build specs:
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon HD 6770 Graphics Card 1GB DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 HDMI/DVI/VGA

CPU: AMD HDZ965FBGMBOX Phenom II X4 965 - 3.4 Ghz AM3 Black Edition CPU, Retail Packaged

RAM: Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Two Module Kit

I would choose the msi for it's rma service, which I've dealt with before. But I haven't tried sli, so more opinions are needed.
