Can I overclock my Intel Core i5 3570k running at 3.4ghz stock too about 4ghz on a Corsair CX-600M Bronze Power Supply that also has a 6870 running. Would I be able to overclock the CPU without any problems?

Full PC specs are

Intel Core i5 3570k
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
G.Skill Ripjaws-X (2x4GB)
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 OC 2GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Corsair CX-600M Modular Bronze Power Supply

and the rest is useless.

with that set up you can add a second AMD 6870 and OC your CPU. you have no need to worry about power, even with an OC CPU you would be around 275-300w while gaming

Yes, the PSU will not limit your OC.
