In 2005 when BF2 came out I went to alienwaredotcom and bought a pc for around $1,100.

Now I need a gaming PC that will run games for then next 4 years or so. And also be able to do live streaming in at least 720p at the same time

My budget $1,800

PS.- Unless I need to wait for the new stuff such as intel processors or video cards, etc. etc.

Thanks!

Edit: No Monitor Need it

Thanks for your answer, now does case and Motherboard will be compatible with the Video Card you mentioned?. Becuase I have done some research and customers of the video card you mentioned say that you need to check motherboard and the size of your case before buying it.

I'm sure the case you mentioned will be big enought to put that beast card in it. Just making sure before I go ahead and start buying all the parts you listed
=)
Thanks Again!

some comments on the build above:

-i5 is sufficient for gaming purposes and video streaming.
-you do NOT need a liquid cpu cooler, use the stock one and save yourself $50.
-did not check the mb specs. do get one with usb 3.0 support and onboard audio.
-16gb of ram is overkill, 8gb is typically sufficient.
-personally i recomment intel or samsung ssd drives
-i would get a wd caviar black over a blue for performance.
-you could take a step down with the video card but agree with the choice for longevity
-haf cases generally are a decent choice.
-i personally would recommend a corsair or pcp&c psu. 850w is a bit overkill (650 is probably fine) but you need to make sure it has the end connectors you need.
-do you really need a blueray reader? if not save money and buy an oem dvd/cd drive. that is a good price on a blueray reader though (my burner was $100)
-win7 home premium is a good choice.

with the extra saved cash you can buy some new perepherals, speakers, or headset. you could also upgrade your ssd to a 250gb.

do not forget your artic silver thermal paste for the cpu. its great stuff and it lasts for multiple builds.

make sure you have enough wires and connectors. do you need a grounding strap or do you touch the case often?

double check all of your socket types and other requirements. ultimately its the buyer who pays if someone here makes a mistake so double check their work.

good luck!
