Cookie problem while sing in

Hello,

i have problem with cookies. Every time i try to sign in Ebay or Gmail, i receive message : "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it , on." . Ofcorse, my cookies were already turned on, but anyway i got this message. I tried with IE, Mozzila, Chrome, and with all browsers i got same problem. I google it may times, i tried million things, but nothing solves this problem. So i assume that problem is not with browsers, problem may be with WIN XP, i don't know, so i ask you for help, this thing makes me crazy.

In C:\Documents and Settings>{yourname}> do you have a folder called Cookies? To see it, you need to go into the Tools menu>Folder Options>?View menu and tick to Shows hidden files and folders" and possibly also untick"Hide protected systems files and folders", then click Apply and OK your way out.
