850€ gaming rig for a friend

My friend decided to go for 850€ gaming PC and im helping him out. He decided to sacrifice SSD for better CPU/GPU. He already has Win7. What do u guys think?

Looks solid. You'll want an aftermarket CPU cooler though, surely, to overclock with?
