Looking for 1155 3 Pcie x16 slots

Hi everyone. Ok I'm going a bit mad. I know should be easy to find but I can't locate what I need.

I had a Z68XP-UD4 but then I needed to upgrade because I bought a 3rd PCIe card. So I purchased the Z77X-UP5 th. Now I'm finding out that the PCI x16 slots run at x8,x4,x4. I need at the minimum x8,x8,x4. I'm running a GTX680, a x8 Raid card (r380), and x4 video capture card (aja kona 3).

What motherboard would fit my needs? I have 2 cpus I can use. One sandy bridge i7 2600k and one Ivy Bridge i7 3770k.

Received the motherboard and it says in the manual that when using all 3 pci slots it runs @ x8 x4 x4. So again, this board doesn't work. Are there any 1155 boards that would run at x8, x8 x4 at the minimum?
