I called hp support, she instructed me to erase something on device manager, and since then I cannot burn any dvds. I have real player which I use to burn, it goes to the process of burning but the dvd is blank. I believe she goof up and told me to erase something that wasn't suppose to be erased. I called them back and now they want to charge me money for software support after they are the ones that messed it up. Is there anything I can do?
