What's the best water cooling for Intel Core i7-3770K?
-- Can it be installed on the CM Full Storm Trooper, SGC-5000-KKN1, Black box?
Question 2:
Can the CM Full Storm Trooper, SGC-5000-KKN1, Black box fit 4 x GTX 690 or 4 x HD 7990?

The best option for water cooling is going a custom solution after that a cooler like the Corsair H110 (but you may have a problem fitting it in this case with the set up you are looking at). I would look at the Corsair H90 for this case. As far as can this case fitting 4 of the GTX 690s? Yes the case does have run to run 4 cards. However finding a Z77 chipset based board that will support 4 PCI-E 16X cards is going to be much harder and unless you are running a large bank of monitors may not have a lot of value for you.
