Dell PowerEdge 1750 Memory Error

I bought a PowerEdge 1750 I saw on eBay for about $15 awhile back (great deal, right?)... Nonetheless I got it with broken components as expected. I replaced the PSU which was clearly dead, it appeared to have overheated. That is currently replaced but now it gives me a 1-3-2 beep code which means that there's no memory installed... I have 1GB of DDR RAM installed... Any clue what I should try doing?

I have already tried reseating it.

Firstly, as you have said that you have 1GB of memory installed could you confirm if it is a single 1GB module or two 512MB or four 256MB module? Also let me know the memory specifications of the memory like 1R-PC2100R or the memory manufacturer's part number.
