Does my PC run Battlefield 3?

Hello, I'm playing Battlefield 3 with my low-performance PC and I keep getting 20-30fps max, any ideas what should I upgrade? I'm not a pro so I rather ask you.

My specs: (I'll add more if needed)

Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Display Memory: 2797 MB
Dedicated Memory: 1005 MB
Shared Memory: 1791 MB
Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (59Hz)

Go for a better GPU 650ti or HD 7850

Your computer seems a little dated for your task. Maybe swap out the CPU, Mobo, GPU and add 8GB DDR3 to that. If you want to do so just tell us a budget for the components.
