hello everyone,

I recently purchased parts for a new system, the spec was done by an it enthusiast friend of mine in another state. his schedule is very hectic with a promotion and a new baby so I wanted to ask your help on this. My new system is watercooled, and running very cool, currently 30c. Here are my complete system specs
Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme 81.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk X2
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 4GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master HAF X ATX Full Tower Case
Power Supply: Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V

now oddly enough he knew I was going to be running win 7, I guess he was unaware win 7 only allowed 16gm of ram...

Now for my concern. I have read many posts on overclocking this system, the resounding advice says to overclock only by changing the multiplier. Is this correct and if so where do I change it? the bios is very different from my last system, and I cant find a multiplier figure to change. if this isn't correct please advise me on what needs to be changed. I am looking for around 4.5ghz overclock, so any detailed information on this would be greatly appreciated!
