Huge problems with my computer! Please help!

GPU: MSI Twin FrozR 660ti 2GB
Processor: Intel i7 3770
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: z77a-so1
PSU: Corsair CX750M
HDD: 1000GB Seagate 7200 RPM

My problem is that I can't stream games at all becuase of the frame rates, I switched the graphics card from a 560ti, a i5 3570k and a 550w PSU and the same problem is still there. Can it be the HDD or the Motherboard because I don't know a lot about computers.

The games I try to stream is:

StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm on low graphics
League of Legends at Medium Graphics

and I get really hard stutter and frame drops.

Please help on behalves of a terrible computer user.

what do you use to stream games? You may just have a internet problem, do you have an old or a less then 2 or 3 year old router?

Something I noticed lately is that I don't only have these problems when I'm streaming.
DotA gives me frame drops, bigger battles in sc2 gives me frame drops, Stutters in CSS.

I use OBS.
