Can someone please tell me if the GTX660ti (Linked below) Will be compatible with my motherboard, PSU and other components.

I was just wondering if my power supply, at 500W, would be enough to power the card itself, and if my Motherboard is compatible etc... Below is a link to a document that apparently says the 660ti is fine with 400W PSU, just checking though.
