Getting an error message whenever I insert a DVD into my drive

The messages is:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

But after I get that message, everything appears to work just fine. Not sure what is going on but I would like to eliminate this annoying dialog.
thanks. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) Service Pack 1.
