What is holding back the system?

Processor: I5 760 @ 3.2GHz
Motherboard (If needed) Asus P7H55
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 560 ti OC [900MHz]
DDR3: 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz
PSU: XFX 550W Pro [+80]

As i'm thinking about getting a 660 ti or 660 in the summer or so, i'm thinking will it improve my game? Mostly BF3 at Low, with Mesh Quality high, getting about 120-70FPS and while recording with Dxtory, the frames drop to 80-40FPS.
I have a harddrive where i record all of my gameplays, which is a WD 500GB Blue 16GB Cashe, if i remember correctly.

You might need to upgrade your cpu I mean it's ok but when Haswell comes out it's probably time to upgrade. Now for the next gpu upgrade I would go with the sapphire hd 7950 w/boost for about $270 over the gtx 660 ti. The hd 7950 has better overclocking potential.

Nothing really is holding it back. Those are good FPS. If you raise the settings you should still be at 60fps. I wouldn't call anything struggling until it falls below 40fps or so on lowest settings.
