Can my current 400W psu handle the sapphire 7750 ? [image included]

earlier this year i was planning to buy the sapphire 6670 but after searching online i learned that the 7750 is better than the 6670 and has a low power consumption.

i'm currently low on budget so i can't buy both a psu and a graphics card at the same time, so my question is can my cooler master 400W psu handle the sapphire 7750 ?
