Can I upgrade or am I doomed??

I have a windows 7 with:

intel celeron 430 1.8ghz &
intel gma 3000.

I'm wondering if it's possible to install a dedicated graphics card such as the gt 630 for my low budget cost.

What motherboard are you using? If it has a PCI-e 2.0 slot then you should be able to install a Graphics card. I say should but more info about your PC is required. Motherboard and the size of the power supply would be a big help
