What motherboard to get?

I currently have a GTX gigabyte 670 and AMD built system with a 1090T. I'd like to go intel instead. I was considering the ASROCK extreme4 with a i5 3570k.

The ASRock Extreme 4 is a good mobo and OC's well.

Which mother board and CPU should I get is the question. I was thinking of the ASROCK extreme4 and 3570k but I wasn't sure I want a gaming rig to last at least 2 years from now. With little minor upgrading through those two years.
