Gtx 680 showing only 3Ghz memory speed in MSI Afterburner?

Both in EVGA Precision X and MSI Afterburner my memory speed is only being shown as 3000Mhz. Why is this happening. What does this mean(will it affect my cards performance?) Thanks guys

You're fine. It is always showing effective clock/2.

So if Your effective is 6000 (on stock it is) You will see 3000 in MSI AB.

Thank you. Also, It's only showing 3072 video memory when I've got 4GB. What's that? That aright too?
