No Display, not sure if mobo or ram problem

I'm having problems with my rig.

Did a couple of things and it started acting up:

1.Took a ram stick to check the brand and speed, returned it.
2.Bought another 4gig ram.
3.Inserted new ram.

Then I got the beeps, 1 long 2 short. Asus website tells its the ram.

My question, how do I know which one is faulty? The motherboard or the ram sticks?

My mobo Asus m4n68t-m V2
rams: 4gig Kingston 1333

Have you tested each slot with each RAM module and still not POST-ing?

Have you tested each slot with each RAM module and still not POST-ing?

I've tested each ram slot with 1 ram stick. still not post-ing.

I didn't have a chance to check the sticks with friends motherboard.
