GPU 558MHz Throttling am i low on Power Supply?

When i'm running FurMark, the GPU monitor says (Throttling 558MHz) next to core clock, and when i overclock the throttling goes higher (i see no difference in FPS when i overclock) i have some cheap ass PSU and it says 450w but a guy says these PSUs lie, and they are like 150-250w. If the Throttling is because of the power than i have to get better PSU.

It's bad PSU, but that does not mean it is responsible for this. Your system is not very power hungry.

Run furmark Burn in test and check clocks that are written in left upper corner.
