if you are strictly gaming I would recommend an i5 3570 (non k), the difference will be 1 fps in most games I think.
But if you are video and/or photo editing I would go for the i7 deffo.

Get a i5-3570 (k) and add a SSD. I have never heard of TruePower so cannot comment on the PSU. Also 32gb ram is kinda overkill. If you have a budget might be able to help you a bit better.

I would invest in a CPU cooler like the CM Hyper 212+ or EVO and looks like your case only comes with one fan. I would look into one or two more fans for your case.

why waste money unnecessarily. drop down from i7 to i5. its not worth so much extra. also drop from 32gb ram to 8gb ram. games barely even use 8 let alone 32 so why waste money? also get a better psu like corsair tx650 or something like that. corsair has best psu's

If you are playing minecraft mostly,
I would recommend 16 gigs of ram, keeping the i7 and getting a Galaxy 660 ti gc ($255 on amazon).

The 660 Ti was released in August 2012 and 7870 XT was a 2013 release.

Dunno what happened to my original answer to this but yeah this is the truth, benchmarks don't lie it's more powerful, in most cases cheaper and can overclock like no other.

there are actually some mistakes in your build that i have to point out

you should take one 3770k or 3570k with a z77 or one 3770k or 3570 with one h77
also 3tb can be only used for sever(friendly) and correct me if am wrong but you wrote sata 2?and the ram are very big!
its not a very stable build!
