Need to upgrade, what's my weakest link;

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 245 2913mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte M61PME-S2P
RAM: 4gb DDR2
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024mb, core 399MHz, memory 900MHz
HDD, 500gb

Was planning on adding a new SSD (120gb) and a new PSU, but what else is lacking? And what would give me the most performance for the best value?

Depends on how much (little) I can spend at the time, ultimately at the moment the SSD and PSU are £150 ish, so probably another £100 on top?

Edit: I would do all this first, and then add the SSD later...these will get your PC performance up much more for the money than spending money on a SSD right now. If you need to save a little money, you could drop the CPU down to a FX-8320 and still be fine.
