Hello I'm in need of Help I just got a Gtx 670 superclocked 4gb & I reading this Guide

& I'm using Precision Program to overclock my graphic card but I'm not sure how to change the Voltage to 1.175v I dont see a Slider? only Adjust Voltage or Power Target... How do I overclock put Power Target all the way to 122%? & That Guide said to put voltage to 1.175v but I cant pick that anywhere on the Program to change it!! When I run heaven it goes up & down the Voltage does & I did a little bit of a Overclock but after 40 mins my Computer Locks up & Buzz sound like Crazy have to Force Restart on Case :/ that mean to much overclock or not stable or something?
