green little particles on textures after 20 mins of gameplay on my desktop

after about 20-40 minutes of game play on games such as L4D and Warthunder ( MEDIUM NO AA) green particles appear on stuff like boxes, mountains, roofs and i don't if its the EVGA geforce gt 630 SC 2GB DDR3 or what?
specs:
CPU- AMD A8-5600k
MoBo- ASUS F2A85-M
memory- ??? 8 gb 1600ram ddr3 ( got it from some 400$ computer my friend bought now he has a gaming rig)
gpu- EVGA geforce gt 630 SC 2GB DDR3
psu- cooler master extreme power plus 550 watts
case-corsair 300r windowed edition

Does this happen only on LFD2 or does it happen on other games?

You have an EVGA card (which is good) as it may come down to a faulty GPU. But before jumping to conclusions, make sure your video drivers are up to date, try re-seating the GPU, making sure any supplemental 6-pin power cables are installed. If that doesn't solve it, you COULD test your PSU as that may be the problem. If all else fails, RMA that GPU. EVGA makes it pretty simple via their website
