Upgrade Laptop screen to 1080p? (More info)

So I have this laptop an ACER V3-571G, it's high in specs, but it lacks in Display. I was really dissapointed that a laptop with a Geforce GT 640m has a tiny resoltuion of 1366x768.
I was wondering if it was possible to replace the LCD screen, maybe buy one off of ebay or something, to one that is 1920x1080.

I know the GPU can handle it, because I usually play my games hooked to an external 1080p 27 inch monitor, games like NFS World, Black Ops, and Mass Effect 3 have no problems running at 1080p with all high settings.

So, basically, you want to extend your display with external bigger monitor, am I right?

But, going from 1366x768 to 1920x1080 is a big different. You will have big drop from fps and video quality when playing games.
