Graphics Card Upgrade

Hey, I am wanting a new graphics card and i was wondering can someone help me out, i want to play a mixture of games, full screen and windowed (e.g. CoD or Minecraft, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Assasins Creed) at 1600x900 resoloution.

I would not like to overclock this component, or any over. I would preffrably want a 2Gb graphics Card if that possible

PSU : AD-E500AE-A5/A6
CPU : AMD FX 4200 Quad-Core Processor 3.60ghz 64bit OS x64bit Processor
GPU : AMD Radeon 6450 (You probably wont need this information)
RAM : 16GB
Budget : £200 Max.

yes it comes with dvi to vga convertor so you can connect with vga
