In short yes .......
*For one Windows 8 cost $200!?!?!? You could/can buy Windows 7 for system builders from newegg $85 and just download the upgrade for free or $20. Also you used newegg for everything except this price ....Newegg has it for $85-100 on a weekly basis when onsale. And currently they have it for $130 - $35 instant coupon via their emails if subscribed.
*The SSD has been discontinued because it is old, SSD's typically fail after a certain number of hours, since yours has been discontinued yours is closer to its end date than most would like. Also New Plextor 256GB SSDs go for $180.
* The 7950 you listed if people buy new today it also comes with the Reloaded bundle, Bioshock Infinite and Crysis 3 which could both be sold for $25-35. Making the actual price $240-250 but also those are awesome games and a huge incentive to buying that card new.
Those are some of the issues I immediately saw, but I think a fair price you could HOPE to get would be around $750-850. Your best bet would be CL or Ebay, as I normally suggest parting it out but I see a few of your components going unsold which would defeat the purpose of parting it out.
