CPU: i5 2500k
RAM: corsair vengeance 1600mhz 16gb
Motherboard: Asus Vpro Gen 3 Z68
CPU Cooler: Antec 920
Video card: EVGA gtx 680
PSU: XFX 750W SEMI MODULAR
Case: NZXT switch 810

I recently switched my case to the switch 810. After I installed everything and booted up windows, after I started to use windows I would notice that everything would freeze after using the computer for a couple of minutes. After about 1-2 minutes the computer would return back to normal. To be specific, the freeze are like the browser will crash, any window open will stop working, or the any game I play will completely freeze. To locate the problem I ran occt on CPU linpack and there were no errors, then I ran Windows Memory diagnostic and that passed. I first thought that it was a virus so I reformatted my PC just to be safe, after using the PC I soon realized that there still is a problem.

Please help me i really don't know what to do now

BTW: My os is windows 7
Also: I used to be able to play BF3 on ultra setting at about 70-80 fps but now I can barely get 40. To fix this I tried to ramp up my GPU fans in EVGA precision x but when I was there I notice that my clock speed are jumping all over the place. Could this be the cause of the problem?

Run Furmark burn in to rule out GPU. Take a look at temps and clocks.
Maybe you have damaged RAM during transfer. Try to remove one DIMM and check behaviour, then the other one and check behaviour. Check your HDD (if not SSD) for consistency.
